ABOUT THE PROJECT: The cities of West Sacramento and Sacramento are planning for a future “neighborhood friendly” bridge across the Sacramento River downstream from Pioneer Bridge. This bridge crossing will be a movable bridge that provides enhanced connections for pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders, and motorists.
