SPIU and the “Arcade Creek Adopt-a-Creek Project” are sponsoring this very important TWO DAY EVENT is planned to bring attention to the plight of our creeks and waterways. We will be parking right on the bridge, within sight of our cleanup. We will start at RL Blvd and head up toward Marysville Blvd. The levees in this location are clean, but the channel is trashed with years of accumulated trash, LEGACY TRASH. No one cleans this up.
VOLUNTEERS WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN

We will be documenting the trash removed, and reporting it to city officials. We will be using this data to demonstrate the importance of protecting our waterways.
This is a level 2-4 cleanup. Bring water, hat, sunscreen, and sturdy shoes.
