Here’s what’s Happening in 2024
The LPCA Events Committee connects our neighborhood and public servants through accessible and fun community events. Currently, the committee is planning the following seasonal community events:
Bunny on the Green March 24th Bunny on the Green is a free springtime/Easter event hosted at the William Land Golf Course. Kids of all ages can enter a bonnet decorating contest for fun prizes. The golf course hosts a putting contest for kids and adults, and the Easter Bunny is available for pictures with a beautiful springy backdrop. LPCA members will receive a free mimosa. Lunch and additional beverages are available for purchase during the event.
Parktoberfest September 28th Last years event SOLD OUT annd we are looking to make the party bigger this year! This is an adults-only event, at the William Land Golf Course. Guests will enjoy delicious German fare, and hosted beer and wine. The event will include more goodies and of course, a putting contest! Don your leiderhosen and dirndls for a wunderbar evening!
Firetruck Santa December 5th All Families are invited to meet Santa and our first responders at WLP Golf’s Cart Barn. Kids can share their Christmas wishes with Santa. There will be a free hot cocoa bar managed by helper elves. We will also accept donations for a charitable cause (tbd). Last year the LPCA served nine families for the holiday due to the generous support of our community! Details to follow.
