Join the LPCA Land Use Committee for a community conversation on the 2021 Land Use Action Plan
Wednesday 10 February from 6:30-8:00
We will clearly define the challenges, discuss solution strategies, and lay a path forward for the year to put us engaged and in sync with both the City and one another. This will continue to be a collective effort of our local neighborhood associations. Our future is being determined. Now is the Time to Engage.

Land Use Coalition Meeting – 2021 Action Plan
As part of a rapidly growing city, our neighborhoods face many challenges in 2021 from both private development and the City.
- Will future zoning height, setback and lot coverage limitations assure the fit of new buildings in our single-family neighborhoods and on our local commercial corridors?
- Will the Infill Design Standards protect our neighborhood character?
- Will “streamlining” leave the public with neither a voice in project review nor path of appeal to development?
- Will Additional Dwelling Units create friction or new multi-generational housing choices?
- Will the new plans for the West Broadway Bridge meet the “Neighborhood-Friendly Design” commitment made to gain project approval or take us headlong into Broadway gridlock?
You may register in advance for the zoom meeting at landuse@landpark.org, and request the agenda and draft plan for review.
