Why Become an LPCA Member?

  • We host fun family-friendly events, adult meet & greets and partnerships to keep the community vibe strong!
  • We build relationships with our representatives to better advocate for the Land Park neighborhood.
  • We provide community meetings and opportunities to speak directly to our leaders and discuss topics of interest.
  • We donate our time to support local projects and collaborate with neighborhood schools and organizations.

Spending Guidelines – The LPCA has established spending guidelines for supporting  projects that contribute to the community and are consistent with our mission statement.

JOIN US AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN 2025

We are ready to meet pro-active neighbors who are interested in volunteering with us.  Plans and projects are already being put together for the New Year.

There are currently a few open positions:

  • Board Treasurer: Help keep track of funds and manage board financial reporting.
  • Parks Committee Chair: to support William Land Park. Such as advocate for proper funding to improve maintenance and amenities at William Land Park
  • Events Committee Team Member: To work with the Events team and continue to help support great community events.
  • Business Membership Lead: Focus on working with our local businesses and building partnerships.
  • Land Use Committee Chair: Stay up-to-date on land use issues around our neighborhood and share with the community.
  • Video/Wordpress/Social Media Guru: A volunteer with a great skill set to work with our LPCA team.

Money the LPCA earns via memberships and annual events get funneled right back intot the local community. Everything we do is driven by our Mission Statement. The LPCA is as active and focused as those who choose to join us.
