The City’s transportation planners are working on a transit improvement project for Freeport Blvd Including what goes through Land Park. Your feedback not only encompasses transportation, but the beautification of the Freeport strip from Sutterville Road down past Fruitridge Road (trees, new sidewalks and bike lanes).
Click this link to learn more and take an online survey. Right now it’s in the planning stages as the city puts it all together. Ultimately it will mean a big investment for our neighborhoods including Land Park, Hollywood Park and South Land Park.
