The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors has been working on housing and services solutions for Sacramento’s homeless.
Homelessness is the humanitarian crisis of our time. California State Association of Counties (CSAC) recently unveiled
AT HOME, a step forward to creating a comprehensive approach to effectively and equitably address homelessness which the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors is proud to support. There are 6 pillars of the AT HOME Plan:
A – Accountability
T – Transparency
H – Housing
O – Outreach
M – Mitigation
E – Economic Opportunity
Today’s California counties are leading the way and all community partners are invited to join the Sac Board of Supervisors in the unprecedented effort to create a clear and comprehensive homeless system and help resolve this crisis.
