The City of Sacramento has strategies for regional SmartGrowth, but will they enhance and protect Greater Land Park?
- Should Sacramento manage urban sprawl by concentrating development on corridors like Broadway?
- Should we allow townhouses and cluster home development throughout our neighborhood or should we direct the development of housing variety into our local neighborhood centers on Riverside, Freeport and Sutterville?
- Should the City reduce restrictions on home-based businesses allowing day-care, pet care and food services into our neighborhoods?
- Should the City fight climate change by enforcing a conversion to all-electric vehicles, appliances and homes?
- Should Sacramento motivate citizens to use alternative transportation by allowing traffic gridlock or making parking throughout the City more expensive or difficult?
